They have COMPLETELY turned our pool around in a mere couple of months - after a full 2 years of the previous company we used making little progress with algae issues and never managing to get our vacuum to keep from toppling on it's side and doing absolutely nothing but wasting booster pump electricity. The Polaris vacuum finally does it's job and actually moves all over the pool, and not exaggerating, there isn't a single speck of algae left in our entire pool, and we had SEVERE black and green algae. Scott and his team are pool/pool equipment magicians, and Gail provides the best customer service you could ever ask for. Somebody always answers the phone, and on the rare occasion they don't, you can count on them calling you back within a couple of minutes. Their customer portal is also a very neat tool, and allows you to see in real time exactly what they have added to your pool after each visit, and also notifies you of potential equipment service recommendations.
